Job Profiling

  • We prepare a complete job description including a list of required activities and deliverables including performance benchmarks for the new employee’s first 3-6 months.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • We proactively target and source qualified candidates focusing the BC Okanagan/ Interior, Lower Mainland, and Western Provinces.
  • We thoroughly interview and evaluate each qualified candidate for your position on the basis of experience, skills, values, attitude and behavioural competencies.
  • Career advertising: Ashton & Associates will be responsible for developing, placing and paying for any and all recruitment advertising for the position in question, unless otherwise discussed and agreed in advance.

Profiling & Presentation

  • Short-listed candidates are presented to you with profiles of their qualifications and experience specifically for your needs.
  • Candidate introductions will include interview notes and information pertaining to motivation, career interests, availability, and compensation.

More Screening

  • Employment References – we will investigate, document and present a minimum of three employment references.
  • Criminal Record Search & Driver’s Abstract – we will undertake a Criminal Record Search and, if applicable, secure a BC Driver’s abstract for the finalist candidate/s.

… In the event the candidate you hire does not perform, as is discussed and agreed to in writing prior to their commencing employment, or leaves without demonstrating just cause, and provided all terms and provisions of this agreement have been met, we immediately provide replacement services at no cost to you.
