He brings with him a wealth of experience building customer care teams, garnered through 20 years in leadership with award-winning environments like Araxi Restaurant and Bar (Whistler) and the Westin Whistler Resort and Spa, and Waterfront Wines (Kelowna), as well as coming from one of the top sales training programs in the country.
